Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage assigned projects within the energy industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Communicate project expectations, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential risks and ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports documenting project progress and outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
  •  Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support project decision-making.
  •  Ensure that all project activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  •  Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the project team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is preferred.
  •  Minimum of [10] years of experience in project management within the oil and gas industry.
  •  Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
  •  Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  •  Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
